Very professional staff, very friendly staff, very caring staff, so patient, helpful and kind to the elderly, special needs and disabled. They can just meet you but will make you feel like family and you been their loyal patient always. The cleaning was awesome. The hygienist and her assist make sure they thoroughly clean your teeth. When I say clean, they really clean. The practice will take every insurance, they won't turn people away based on insurance. Very helpful to those in need of a great private practice dentist.

Since Dr. Felder retired and sold the business it has totally gone down hill. From the highly unprofessional front desk staff, to the long wait times (no reason my appointment is at 2pm and I don’t go back until almost 3pm) to the fact that Dr. Pugh was doing a filling and walked off for a period of time and my numbing wore off, and instead of numbing mr again she proceeded with the procedure causing me to endure unnecessary pain. Save your time, money, and sanity and go elsewhere.

Had to take my daughter in for a cleaning (first time here). The ladies here made my daughter feel so comfortable. This was the first time my daughter didn’t have bad anxiety going to the dentist. First time she didn't have to hold my hand the whole time. The ladies here are amazing especially Mrs. Aldean thank you so much !!!!

Dr Pugh an her staff are the best ever! For a person who was terrified of going to the dentist, she an her staff make you feel safe and comfortable an I highly recommend her to anyone with a fear of going to the dentist
