Dr. Kizer was gentle and patient with my 2 and 3 year old children on their first visit. It could not have been more pleasant. The hygienists catered to their nerves and helped them through the exam. Perfect experience!

PART 1 UDA Pediatrics Clemmons had been cleaning my daughter’s teeth for 3 years. My interactions with the staff have been pleasant up until yesterday. I recall two appointments where I waited past my appointment time and I did not complain - Things happen! Yesterday, I had a totally different experience. I had a work emergency in which I had to place someone else’s child’s needs before my own. As soon as I got in the car, I called the office to say that I would be 10 minutes for my 4:20pm appointment…The person on the phone repeated the 10 minute late policy twice during the time I was trying to explain that I was on the way as fast as I could and was coming from the other side of town. I arrived at 4:28pm and to my luck I went to the 3rd floor of 2341 and not the identical building next

Zero stars for Dr. Kizer. Zero patience for working with children. His staff is afraid of him and warns patients and parents about him, as if it's okay to use fear. He created an absolutely preventable traumatic experience for my six-year-old by refusing to listen when she said something hurt at the start of a procedure—going as far as to have her hands and legs held down before shoving a clamp into her mouth to force it open. He repeatedly told her she was lying about the pain and eventually put his hands up and said he wouldn't do the procedure. UDA, shame on you for allowing Kizer to continue to torment the kids of Winston Salem when everyone in that building knows his true nature. PART 2 I was ignored for 6 minutes before I requested the “typing receptionist” to get the supervisor…She replied that the supervisor was not there…I asked if she was going to sign me in and she said no I was past the 10 minute late time…A coworker came over to join the conversation and let it be known that she was the one I spoke to on the phone - She mentioned the 10 minute policy AGAIN and proceeded to point to the attached signs on the wall saying it was somewhere on there…I starting reading and taking pics so I can zoom in on the tiny print…I asked her where it said that and she said it’s somewhere - They became frustrated and so did I…I just wanted my CHILD to be seen by a dentist and going back and forth time passed us by…The receptionist let it be known that the dentist did not wa

Omg!!! I had an amazing time. I’ve always loved everyone here. They have a new office now and it is so beautiful!!! I love the new set up and location also. Shoutouts to the entire staff and of course my favorites Dr. Schiavone and Dr. Tucker who has dealt with my son for over 10+ years now! Congratulations & Blessings!!!
