Always so welcoming and extremely polite. The leaves at the front desk are so kind and responsive and very informative. The doctor is amazing with children. He keeps their interest and is very supportive. My kids love going here for appointments and they are always so fast .10 out 10 would recommend. Definitely the best in the area.

Dr. Hein is awesome. He's great with kids and parents and so is the staff. I definitely recommend this practice 100%.

My son was referred here for a cyst and the staff and team here were absolutely top-notch. The office is conveniently located off of Lewisville Clemmons Rd and offers excellent kid-friendly features from the waiting room to the exam rooms with tons of toys and lights to keep the kids occupied, focused, and sometimes distracted. The office also has ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, elevators, and 🚻 restrooms.

Dr. Hein and his staff are the absolute best! They are always so warm, friendly, and helpful ! Both my kiddos are ASD diagnosed and he is so patient and kind! Easily the best doctor’s office I’ve been too. I never feel uncomfortable or out of place.

Dr. Hein is absolutely phenomenal! Seen fast, and he does so well with my autistic son. Fast to adapt like it was natural and no big deal, and remembers things he prefers each time we visit. His staff is also incredible. He's even called me after hours on a weekend to help with a concern I had. Hands down he's the best doctor any of my kids have ever seen!
