I had a wonderful experience at Tanglewood Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, all the staff members were warm and welcoming. Dr. Hong took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The hygiene assistant was absolutely supreme—thorough, gentle, and attentive during my cleaning. I went in for a check-up and cleaning, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. It’s clear that the team truly cares about providing excellent service to their patients. Due to a dental insurance issue we needed to select a new dentist. After researching potential providers we landed on Dr Hong in Clemmons for a few reasons. One, Dr. Hong has taken over an established practice from Dr Nifong, who carefully selected a quality dentist to take his practice over. Another reason is Debbie at the front desk. She patiently answered all of our questions regarding our two dental insurance plans. She also worked with our schedules to make our appointments, and to establish us as new patients. We like the office location near our home too. Our first appointments went smoothly and we felt Dr Hong, the Hygienist and the Assistants professionally provided quality dental care. Dr. Hong was recommended to me by a friend and I was relieved to meet a dentist who wasn’t just trying to give me the most extreme and expensive option. He explained thoroughly what was going on with my teeth and was able to give me a few options. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he was able to work.
