Stay away!!!! I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional office. I’m helping elderly friends of mine that were patients and when I call no one ever answers a phone with all phone prompts going to Rosa’s cell phone. I seriously think the office is comprised of the nurse practitioner and a receptionist. I’ve had words with this office about this issue and nothing was done. I’ve called trying to get an appointment now for two days left several messages and we still haven’t heard back. Every doctors office I’ve known returns calls within the next hour. When someone is elderly and home bound they rely on their doctor to call them back when they are having a health issues.

I have had a great experience with Melissa Rubin and the office staff. They are very prompt with appointments and thorough. I highly recommend!

Is Melissa Rubin suppose to take cash from Medicaid client?
