The staff and the atmosphere are superior to any other place I've ever been! The staff at Universal dentistry in Springfield or top notch they came through for me after I needed an emergency visit. Always on time. A very clean workplace but like I said the staff is absolutely amazing

Had my tooth extracted on 9/17/2025 paid exactly $468 for this visit. tooth was pulled and I was sent on my way with out any pain meds wether narcotics or a high dosage of Tylenol etc… once the numbness wore off which was 3 hrs later I was in so much pain, That I was crying the pain kept jolting from the extraction to my head very sharp pain. I took over 5 500 milligrams of Tylenol and within an hour I had to take another 5. In all honesty with in the last 5 days I think I killed my liver. I called today because the office was closed on Friday- Monday. I called to ask why wasn’t I prescribed anything, the receptionist responded “oh we don’t give out narcotics and you were suppose to fluctuate the Tylenol. We can schedule you to come in to re examine you and then she will be able to prescri

I can not thank the team at Universal enough for the care I was provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and attentive. I have a fear of the dentist and the front desk staff Katherine gave me an emotional support cactus to hold which was silly and instantly made me feel comfort. Dr. Kareem listened, was extremely gentle, and took time to make sure I was in no pain. Morgan is extremely personable and explained the payment process and options in great detail, so there was clarity and understanding on my end about pricing options from the beginning. I would 100% recommend for affordable and friendly and transparent care!

In the beginning I was impressed. I was informed that my insurance would reimburse me for the procedure after everything was said and done, and that was BS.... They failed to inform me that there's a time limit to file for a reimbursement for my refund. In addition, they submitted the wrong claim codes, and a Doctor who is not part of the network. I informed the billing person Linsey since the beginning of the year of the EOB and that she would handle it, and her we are late in July, no calls. I had to contact her on a monthly basis and always giving me the excuses that she only handles them billing on Fridays and she promised to get back to me via a phone call. BS... bunch of lies. Because of UD negligence and Linsey's lies, I missed out on the correct amount reimbursement and missed out

Thank you to the staff at Universal Dentistry Lindsay and lina at the front desk Dr Anu Kareem and Angelina .. You all did a great job in getting me 2 crowns that probably saved an area of my teeth from more and more decay
