Springfield Orthodontics

We had such a great experience at Springfield Orthodontics for my son’s consult! Susan was so friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Ward was wonderful with my son and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. We feel really good about moving forward and are so glad we chose this office. Highly recommend!

Me and my daughter both go here. Me for Invisalign and daughter for braces. I unfortunately had some medical issues and had to constantly cancel appointments. They never once got frustrated with me and ALWAYS were super understanding. The service I don't feel you could find anywhere else in this field. They are AMAZING. Staff, doctors , front desk from start to finish are friendly and make you feel welcomed. My daughter loves it here and the first time she went she was super nervous. Now she is apart of their family and it's pretty cool to see her just herself and not nervous at all I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Thomas and Dr. Gray has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They are both incredibly personable and professional, making me feel comfortable and truly cared for at every visit. The entire staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which makes such a difference. This is truly a fantastic practice that I feel so lucky to have found.

I have been bringing my daughters to Springfield Orthodontist for over 2 years now. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. The 2 orthodontists are great! The whole office runs like a well oiled machine. We are never left waiting for more than a couple minutes past our appointment time which is a huge plus, and then the appointment itself is always quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Have 2 children who are patients there for a few years now. Getting ready for phase 2 of my son’s braces journey and couldn’t be happier with the services we’ve received. They approach each patient with such an individualized approach and it’s not a one size fits all which I appreciate.
