You wait more than your being seen. Had an appointment at 11:30am, arrived early which was fine waiting until our appointment time. Got seen at 11:35am, girl asked a bunch of questions and took pics of my mom’s eye for about ten minutes. Then she sat us in a hallway and we waiting FOR 40 MINUTES TO BE SAT IN A ROOM TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. ONE hour of just waiting, I should not still be here at 1pm if the appointment was at 11:30am. They got to schedule better so they don’t fall behind because people have other things to do. Absolutely ridiculous. Our doctor is GREAT no complaints about him.
My experience at Moore Eye Institute, Springfield location was awesome. Great customer service and everyone showed such good professionalism. The Dr. was passionate, knowledgeable and polite. I wasn’t rushed. She listened and answered all my questions and concerns!!!…..keep up the good work guys!!!….Ps, And it was sooooo clean!!!
Dr A'sha Brown, is a very good Rental Specialist! She very passionate at what does! She always has a smile on her face and her personality is so calm! I trust her completely with caring for my eyes! Ty Dr. A'sha Brown!
Dr An Vo was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I definitely felt like she listened to my issue and she was very good at explaining the likely cause and was clear about the next steps. Appointment was fast without feeling rushed.
I was handled with professional efficiency, given clear explanation and welcoming spirit. First contact was the assistance of Angel she was awesome.
