This place is a complete scam. They rushed my wife through her appointment while also telling her one tooth to be pulled would be $3300.00. They pushed paperwork on her that was very vague. It did not explain the work needed to be done or even a breakdown of the price. Now she is locked into an agreement being charged $3300.00 which is outrageous and she hasn’t even had any work done yet. I will make sure anyone who even thinks of going here is aware that they will be scammed and overcharged.

I went to this place and was totally scammed, I am paying for full dentures that was supposed to be premium dentures and what I recieved was not even good denture, poor quality. I called to complain and they never responded back. Please, please DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, they dont care once they recieve payment on a payment plan. This is what they call premium dentures for $2500.00 that I'm stuck paying. Someone should report them to the BBB on how they treat their patients.

I had Universal Dentistry make me a full upper denture, and after weeks of shaping and making sure the denture was the right fit to my mouth, they nailed it! Perfect! The color was dead on and the fit was as if I had worn them for at least five years. This has never happened in my 14 years of wearing dentures. Thie first time? I am impressed and completely satisfied. The test was securing them and eating. No pain and no adjustments necessary. Never before had a dentist ever got it right on the first try! I recommend Universal Dentistry to everyone especially if you are in need of dentures. The key is communication. I went to my PCP for a cut that got infected. She asked me if I had any other problems and I showed her my mouth. I was told you need to see a dentist ASAP. One of the assistants looked up the number after I told the Dr. that I had an extremely bad experience with my previous dentist and would not go back. I called universal dental in Abington and they were able to see me right away. My fears vanished after I spoke with the staff. They listened my situation. The staff was attentive, caring and very professional. Dr. Drew was amazing. He even called my PCP and spoke with her before he did any work. The procedure was painless. Dr. Drew and his team are fantastic. I always used to be afraid of the dentist, but he makes it a great experience and is very patient with me. I never felt any pain during my procedure. His assistants Laura and Sofia are always kind and caring. Megan always greets you with a smile and gets me an appointment when I need it. The fees are very reasonable for what you are getting. Call them! You won’t regret it.
