I had a very upsetting experience at this office despite giving it a second chance. Most recently, during my visit, my gums were injured, causing visible pain and irritation that was not present before the appointment. When I brought this up, the dentist denied any responsibility and became verbally aggressive, raising her voice and acting in a belligerent and unprofessional manner. I felt dismissed and intimidated instead of cared for. I had to seek treatment from another dentist, which resulted in over $1,700 in additional dental expenses. I will not be returning and would advise others to proceed with caution.

I am a new patient here and booked my initial appointment 20 days ago because their schedule was so full. On the weekend immediately preceding my appointment, they are now asking me to reschedule to the morning because the doctor has a mandatory course. Furthermore, they also asked for my Social Security number over the phone. I have never been asked for such personal information on the phone, and I find it unprofessional to be asked to reschedule with so little notice. I seriously question whether they respect their patients' time or have the organizational skills required to run a proper business.

It hard to get your teeth fixed in a timely manner. I’ve been waiting almost two months for a reply from the office. I even spoke to someone about this and still no return call. I see this as a business that does not value its customer. Now I have to waste even more time by finding another dentist to do this work. To think I was going to pay cash out of pocket for crowns as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with this center. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, and just two days before the appointment, I was notified that it was canceled because they claimed I was not registered in their system. This forced me to take time off from work, making it a complete waste of time. This was extremely unprofessional. I hope they improve their organization and communication in the future.

Extremely excellent service. My Doctor Desai (sorry for the incorrect spelling) was so gentle and informative. I love her. Good luck for dental assistant who is also a Doctor in DR best of wishes. I see you as a Doctor here in the states as well. Professional admirable people and service.
