I had an appointment today and the receptionist was very polite, professional, and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean and the technician was very professional and engaging as well. I believe the day I went, the facility was short staffed (1 technician) so I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. It was ok because I've been here before and they usually are on time with appointments. If you have to get an MRI, this is the best place to come because they have a huge open MRI machine that is very helpful and conducive if you're claustrophobic like I am.

I know it can be boring sitting behind a desk all day at times. But when a patient/client/customer comes in to get a procedure done a little more attention should be paid to said client/patient/customer instead of your phone conversation. Other than that it was fine.

Excellent service. no delays and I was made very comfortable! I highly recommend this facility.

Great experience at this imaging center. The staff was very professional, and everything was handled smoothly and right on schedule. I really appreciated how efficient and well-organized the entire visit was.
