I was seen for an emergency appointment after chipping my tooth, and from the moment I walked in, I was met with nothing but kindness and professionalism. The office itself is beautiful, with incredible city views, but what really stood out was the care. Dr Romero took his time fixing my chipped front tooth and never made me feel rushed. He was meticulous and made adjustments to the color based on my preferences. He truly wanted me to feel comfortable and confident with the result. Tanya gives the best and most comfortable cleanings I've ever had. Both of them have treated me very well. But more importantly they have been great with my mother and her issues. I had an amazing experience at this dental office. I usually get very anxious when it comes to dentist visits, but everyone there made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Romero and Dr. Hook are both incredibly caring and patient, and they take the time to explain everything in a way that truly puts you at ease. The staff is just as wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always checking in to make sure I’m comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. This is the first time I’ve ever left a dentist appointment feeling relaxed and confident about coming back. Highly recommend this team!
