UnityPoint Clinic Express Care - Bettendorf

I'm from the South West, and to get in to see a doctor at a quick care takes forever. This place is great. Been here several times and they have went above and beyond for me

Very unprofessional. My teammate and I went to get our physicals, and they refused my teammate because she wasn’t cleared by a physical therapist, even though there is a section specifically for athletes that are waiting clearance from another physician. Not only was she extremely rude about it but she also criticized and almost made fun of my teammate for not being cleared to play by now. Something that should’ve been so easy ended up being so extremely difficult and time wasting. If they were nice about it I would not be leaving this review but they were very rude and unprofessional, I will never be going back.

I had a 5pm appointment for my son, and it was 6pm before we were finally called back. Why even offer appointments online if those appointments aren’t going to be kept. The staff was very friendly, though.

The receptionist has a horrible attitude, there was used masks and trash laying around. Very long wait times, even with a set appointment. Never again, even in a pinch would I recommend this location. Yikes.

I visited this facility for the first time. I had a 7pm appointment, checked in promptly at 7. I was called back within 5 minutes of checking in and promptly saw a nurse and then the provider. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I got my prescription promptly and only 12 hours later am already feeling better. Can't ask for much more than a good outcome, good treatment and only 30 minutes from the time I drove in to the time I left. "Express care" is accurate.
