I went in fall of 2025, and was blown away by the service I received from Bettendorf Family Dental. The entire staff was understanding of medical conditions and comfort for myself. My last dentist experiences have not been pleasant. I never in my life thought I would write a positive review for a dentist! EVERYONE is amazing from the front desk gal, who knows my name when I walk in for follow ups. I should take the time to learn everyone's name because it is like a family atmosphere, and EVERYONE knows mine when they see me! 😬 I went in for another solution for sleep apnea. Cpap was not working for me! I would throw it off in the night while sleeping and it was just uncomfortable, etc. I was referred by my PCP to try a device called a dental appliance. The front staff was warm and welcoming, and Avery, the hygienist, was incredible — gentle, patient, and so good at explaining everything she was doing. She made the whole cleaning feel comfortable and stress-free. But what truly sets this office apart is Amanda. She has such a calming, genuine presence that it instantly puts you at ease. She doesn’t rush through anything — she talks you through what she’s seeing, what it means, and what the next steps are in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell she really cares about her patients, not just their teeth but their comfort and experience too. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The ladies are all so kind, helpful, and caring. You can tell they truly love what they do. I have been treated with nothing but kindness since my first visit with them. I have seen both Dr. Becca and Dr. Amanda. And both have been lovely to work with. As well as all of their team. I highly recommend them for both routine dental work, and emergency. I was seen for an emergency extraction and Dr. Amanda was reassuring through the entire process.
