I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist.. I absolutely LOVED how they treated that( extremely empathetic- reassurance-kindness-patience.. etc) the assistantthat was with me was absolutelyincredible. ( i needed extensive work done)) i have never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair!!!! They also do an incredible job all around!! The work they do, incredible!!!! Time management, scheduling, cutomer service... everything you would want in a dentist/ office. 5 stars all the way !!!!!!

Do NOT go here. I came here a few months ago because I was having severe tooth pain. They told me I had an infection and gave me antibiotics. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the tooth pulled and received reminder calls and messages all week confirming my appointment. I’m a teacher, so I had to take Thursday and Friday off work for this procedure. When I arrived, they took my blood pressure and even applied numbing gel. Then the dentist came in and told me that the specialist who handles this type of extraction no longer works there — meaning they couldn’t pull my tooth. They knew this ahead of time and still had me come in. No courtesy call. No warning. No consideration for the fact that patients take off work and rearrange their schedules. My visit in Chester VA at United Smiles was more than I expected. Dr. Kar and his team was phenomenal. This was my first visit and I felt right at home. He did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and I will continue to go to him for all of my future dental visits. Thanks Dr. Kar I appreciate your warm welcome and your work. God Bless you and your team. I called to schedule a doctor's appointment. Had to speak with someone who was more interested in their conversation than assisting customers. They also gave me nothing but attitude after I answered them with frustration due to having to endure inappropriate and irrelevant questions. After finally finishing through the call, I asked if they call or text to send reminders for upcoming appointments especially if they're scheduled far in advance; was informed they do. I never received a call or text and ended up forgetting the appointment. Much rather wait a few more months going to someone else anyway.

I'm one of those people that put off going to the dentist for years, because my childhood dentist was horrible and I had trauma... but this place has made me actually like going to the dentist! Everyone is so kind. My dentist, Dr. Wright has taken great care of me this past year. He's very nice, soft spoken, doesn't make you feel nervous at all, even through all of the novacaine 😖 he has transformed my teeth, I feel like a new woman! Highly recommend this establishment
