Dr. Phillips and his team were so amazing to me and my son over the past two years. He got his braces removed today and his teeth look amazing. I can’t even believe the difference. We’ve had a good experience with every technician that has helped us along the way. And Dr. Phillips was always kind, understanding, and encouraging. My son always felt at ease and was never worried about going in. If you are looking for an orthodontist don’t hesitate.

We had an excellent experience from the initial consultation all the way to the start of care. I truly appreciate the thoughtful and transparent approach to my son’s treatment plan—every option was clearly explained, with a focus on trying less invasive and more cost-effective solutions before considering more intensive treatments. The entire team, from the front desk to the providers, is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My husband is now a patient, my daughter will come here when she’s old enough, and I plan to return myself if I pursue another round of orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend this practice!

We absolutely love Bates Orthodontics! The staff are so friendly and fun! My second kiddo is in the middle of her treatment and my oldest has already completed treatment. His teeth look great! We have two more that will definitely be future patients here. I am even thinking about treatment for myself too!

Doctor Bates office is very clean organized and takes cares of patients with respect and the upmost care and understanding. I have two kids that attend Doctor Bates. They have individualized plans for each of them. They are always understanding and caring. Alaysia and Malik smiles are on track to becoming braces free thanks to the Bates orthodontist team. 🦷!!! Bates Orthodontics is wonderful! The braces process has been very easy so far. Everyone is so friendly and they are quick to get you in when needed. My daughter has had a great experience with them and I'm so happy they were recommended to us. Will recommend them in the future!
