Everyone is very nice and friendly and makes sure you understand what they are going to do. However, after the procedure I was surprised not to receive post op instructions. I expected to receive a care sheet upon leaving but aside from a 2 week recheck, nothing was offered, either verbally or in writing. It would have been helpful to know if with stitches and swelling in my mouth there were foods I should avoid in particular, beyond what it was comfortable eating. Also how long to wait before I could brush my teeth safely. The stitches are between my teeth so a relevant question I feel. After I was done I was not asked if I had any questions, and as before mentioned I expected a care sheet so I didn't make sure to ask. Christina was wonderful, kind and patient. Dr. Caplan is funny, gentle, and kind. He explains everything and really listens to you. I am a real scared patient because of many bad experiences but feel confident and relaxed here. They don’t make me feel like a “problem patient “ but as someone they want to show what a good experience is and how that can ease my fears. Jocelyn is my hygienist and always checks to see if I am doing OK during my cleanings. The office staff is great. I highly recommend this practice, best I have been to in my whole life! Excellent team - from the front office to the nurse, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly. State of the art equipment. Dr Yesbeck is an extremely skilled periodontist. Implant procedure went very smoothly. Little to no post operative pain.

Had a specialist visit with Dr. Khan and his team to correct a perforated root canal. After my last experience, I was understandably having some anxiety in the chair. His team was kind, patient, and helpful. Dr. Khan did his best to explain every step of the process that was occurring and what the next steps for me would be.

Dr Yesbeck and his colleagues were friendly professional, and very prompt service.
