United Rehab Providers

The intake staff is NOT knowledgeable nor do they try to help and inform the patient about insurance benefits/co pays. I had to wait 3 days to get any information only to find out I was misinformed after I called my insurance carrier. I called another agency for rehab services and had the necessary info and an appointment in 2 hours.

Everyone who works there are very pleasant, patient and kind to the men and women. They keep them engaged with games, exercises and social outings. My husband is happy there.

The morning driver is terrible. Will not assist or help down the stairs or into the Van. I will be calling VA/Social Worker and complaining. This is not the first I've complained about this driver. The driver does it deliberately. Heartless.

This place is great, had physical therapy there for some problems i had with my neck, it got way better thanks to the people that work there.
