I had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. They were able to handle my fathers prescription and have it delivered the same day. It was not just their efficiency in delivering the medication, but also their excellent customer service. I felt like I was speaking to someone who wanted to take care of me as if I were their family. I will be coming back here for all my needs. I have been a customer since April 2018 and the service as well as the consultation has been tremendous. I lived in the city of Chicago at one time and since I moved to Bolingbrook and am unable to pick up my medication they mail it to me. The staff is personable and always treat you with care and respect. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for that "Personal Caring Touch".

Words can not express all the gratitude I have for all the staff at Xpress pharmacy. They have excellent customer service and are so detailed and informative. My kids were constantly getting ear infections, strep, flu and bugs you name it, however the staff at Xpress always came through for me with the meds and at great prices. At one point I was sent additional medication from the pediatrician and they brought it all the way home for me. 💕 i couldn’t feel any more thankful. Highly recommend this pharmacy!!! Thanks to each and every staff member for the great service.

When I came into the pharmacy to get my Dads diabetic medication, the whole staff just gave me positive energy. The young girls who work there are so vibrant and helpful. The girl Manar and her brother (the pharmacist) was very uplifting and reassured me that the staff will make sure my dad receives the proper care and understanding of his new lifestyle as a diabetic patient.
