Be ready to wait...and wait...and wait... They made me pay the co-pay even before seeing the doctor. The front desk girl Marjorie is always so lost. Do you guys have Wifi? "I think so, but I don't know the password" Do you guys have a portal to see my blood work results? "I don't know" How you don't know this basic information? Something positive to say about this place: SOME of the staff ladies are super friendly, you can't deny that

Dr. Fernando is very thorough , caring and knowledgeable in the holistic ways which is important to me. Im so glad to have him as my Doctor. The lady’s in the front lobby/office are all very kind as well.The cleaning lady always checking on patients in the waiting room and offering to make us coffee , her hospitality is superb and doesn’t go unnoticed.

My doctor, Vieira is great. He communicates perfectly. However his office is going to either overdose me or just in general call out old meds that I haven't taken in a very long time and fail to call out my new meds and who knows? I now have a fib and they called out a steroid that I've not been on in ages. Along with a cough pill I took at the same time. I had to call to get my BP correct and they still don't have my statin. She actually asked me to spell it? I don't know what stating he put me on and that's her job. I need Dr. Vieira to get thisright. Im hoing to cardioligist today. Until this is straightened out my meds will have to ho through him. I trust Dr. Vierrabut not his office staff. .

Great service and friendly staff, can’t forget the Cuban coffee . Doctor Ismary is one of a kind ;)
