U.N.I. Urgent Care Center

This UNI Urgent Care was a delight to visit today. Because when you're sick, not feeling well or hurt you have very little motivation, even to help yourself. Luckily the staff here does! And with great professional, patience and clear communication. I came in at 4pm, 2hrs before they close, after the intake I was seen right away so about 15min after walking in the door. First the nurse took my vitals and medical history followed by the initial exam. The Dr. saw me within 10min thereafter, he was polite, thorough and concise. No one tried to rush me out. All the instructions were clear and they didn't try to "oversell" me with medications and or remedies outside of what I needed. I had a great experience at this Urgent care center. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by the provider within 15 minutes. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I left feeling confident about my treatment. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing quick, quality care and service.

I was visiting my sister in Hagerstown and overnight experienced bad acid reflux and stomach pains. We found this urgent care and they were amazing . The doctor ordered ultrasound which I came home and got. The doctor, Kristi, called me at home to tell me i needed to go to emergency room. She was very insistent and I almost felt that if I didn't go she'd drive down and make sure I went. They were so attentive and caring. I felt very confident in their ability to help me. By the way, I had my gallbladder removed......and it did need to be done right away. Definitely a Grade of A+.

I have been coming to this urgent care facility for several years and I will continue. The team is friendly, caring and most importantly get the job done! If you need a sick visit think about coming here you won’t be disappointed!

Went to this urgent care because I was sick. Brycen Winters, who took my vitals and did some tests felt like he was entitled to try to follow me on social media after I left the office. I did not give him any sort of inclination that I was interested in him. I have a boyfriend of 5+ years, and he apparently has a girlfriend of his own. Turns out professional boundaries or patient privacy doesn’t apply to him. Dr. Kara was very nice as well as Nurse Drema. But Brycen ruined that experience for me and I’m not coming back.
