Stephanie Roberts is an amazing provider. My questions and concerns were/are related to a variety of issues, and with each one, she responded with gentleness, great follow up questions, and advice on how to move forward. I used to dread visits when sensitive subject matters were approached, but don’t expect to feel that way with her as my current provider.

This practice is a phenomenal team. Everyone does their job with amazing skill, professionalism and a lovely attitude. I’m grateful this is the team in charge of keeping me healthy. I feel very confident with their knowledge and safe in their care. Love you Fai!! 💞

Stephanie is knowledgeable, caring, and very thorough! I love the time she spends with me at each appointment. She listens and thoughtfully plans a treatment plan based on my complicated health situation. She has Celiac and is the first provider that I have seen to fully understand having Celiac, autoimmune issues, and the challenges that arise having these. I highly recommend her and this practice! Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and caring!

I really wanted to like this facility. But I was not impressed. The lady at the front desk is rude and does not know how to speak kindly to people. I was late for my appointment (my fault) by 20 min. She started in on me from the beginning telling me I shouldn’t expect to come in whenever I want and get treated. I explained my situation and told her I was sorry. But she continued to treat me with disrespect. I understand it was my fault and if I was treated with care and compassion I wouldn’t have written this review but the way she treated me was uncalled for. Also, a provider there wasn’t aware that she wrote out a prescription for me on MyChart and when I told her about it, She said I didn’t write that, I’m sorry. Good thing I didn’t get it filled. She seemed not in tune with what she h
