I have been working to get a resolve for my right leg stiffness since 2018. I have numerous MRIs, X-rays, and test done by several neurologist, orthopedic, neurosurgeons, etc with no answer. Endless therapy with no results. Working with Melanie at Renew Wellness has been a game changer. Her out of the box approaches has me walking straighter and my balance making a massive comeback. After injuring my shoulder, I went and saw Melanie. Working through different exercises, she quickly determined there was a partial tear of my rotator cuff. Working with her weekly and doing the exercises she gave me to do daily, I was getting better after just a couple of weeks. By week 7 I was back to 100% strength with no pain.
