UNC Urgent Care at Park West Village

I have been at this clinic in different occacions for my self and my son. Usually they dont have long wait times. I went for a migrain attack that was having for 5 days. Because I had so many bad experiences with doctors and clinics I was scared. But since the moment i ckecked in the front nurse was very nice and she asked me what was going on, and the doctor showed up in the window concerned about my symptoms because i was paralized on one side of the face, they asked a couple questions and make sure i was ok, there was a little bit of a war but it was not an issue for me. When i was seen the nurse was very kind. The doctor came in and i share my concern with certein medications, she found other options for me.They both allow me to talk and explain was was going on which is pretty unusual

I was skeptical of coming in to this urgent care because of the poor reviews however, I had a really great experience. I went in the afternoon today and was seen almost immediately. All of the staff members I interacted with were very nice and friendly. The nurses who checked me out were the same. I was in and out in 30 minutes. :)

We were seen super quickly and our clinician, Ally, was wonderful and efficient! Got the diagnosis and treatment plan we needed within 30 minutes of arriving. Overall great care!

Super professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out very quickly due to short wait time (much shorter than what was listed on the website). It's small so I imagine it can get filled up quickly but I have zero complaints and glad I chose them.

I visited this facility to have my child seen and was very disappointed with the experience. The clinic was extremely hot, and when I inquired about it, the front desk staff responded dismissively, stating that they were already aware the air conditioning was broken. She also mentioned they were running an hour behind and told me I was free to go elsewhere. This interaction made it clear that patient comfort and care were not a priority. I would recommend seeking care at a facility that values both professionalism and patient well-being.
