Optimum Dental

I have been going here for 2 years now and absolutely love it! Everyone is so kind and professional here. I have had Miller as my dental hygienist almost every visit, and he is awesome! He is great at conversation and eases any anxieties I may have. Every check-up is smooth and easy and I have never had any problems here!

A really really really great experience. From the moment we arrived the receptionist was smiling and friendly... Not the fake obligatory smile but a genuine one. Then the dental assistant from Ecuador ( I regret not getting her name) helping my mom had all the patience in the world. We had real conversation as she worked. Then Dr. Duy... What a patient and gentle doctor. My mom was immediately at ease and trusting, which is so rare for her! And last but not last, sweet, patient Amy. Really really top notch experience at this dentist. I can't compliment them enough.

Perfect first visit! The front desk staff were very kind and made sure that my insurance information was verified when I arrived, so I had nothing to worry about. The waiting room was relaxing and had complimentary water and coffee! My dental hygienist, Vickie, was very gentle, friendly, and kind and brought me back right on time for my appointment. Dr. Hoang was very kind and professional! He explained everything to me about my teeth and his evaluation of them. I can't recommend this office higly enough!

I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences at Optimum Dental! I go here for my regular cleanings, and the atmosphere that they create has me looking forward to coming back every six months! I also recently visited for my first filling, which was also a great experience, as expected. They seemed happy to listen to my concerns and made sure to explain what was going to happen, and after the procedure was complete, Dr. Hoang was happy to answer my questions and show me pictures of the results. I’d also like to say that Amy and Karen are fantastic receptionists as well, remembering my face and name as I walk in without even needing to remind them why I’m there! Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better experience at a dentist, and even if I move away, I’ll be returning for any cleanings and denta

High quality care from kind, hard working professionals. Dr. Bao Hoang is a very pleasant Dentist to receive care from, and Vanessa is the best dental hygienist that I can recall having work on my teeth. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I will be going back here as long as I’m in the Durham area.
