Love my New Smile! Thank You Nay Orthodontics!! After a bad experience with Byte, a direct to consumer Aligner company that started treatment, took my money, was unable to properly align my teeth and then went out of business (smh….) I was pretty upset and mad at myself. I was referred by my Dentist to Nay Orthodontics and I am so happy they did! Dr. Nay and his team were kind and gracious. They didn’t make me feel bad about my negative experience with Byte. They ensured that they could get me fixed up, and straightened out (pun intended 😉) and they did!!!! I love my new smile!! If you live in the Raleigh Durham area and you need Orthodontic treatment, go to Nay Orthodontics! Dr. Nay and his team are the best!

Dr. Nay and his crew were all very professional, friendly and willing to make my unique orthodontic situation work. I was quickly accepted as a "transfer patient" from my overseas orthodontic work, which took place while I worked overseas. The whole team did a wonderful job to pick up where I left off and get me across the finish line, despite some unique challenges along the way. Moreover, they did right by me every step of the way. Now I can't stop smiling! I highly recommend Dr. Nay and his excellent team! P.S. Don't forget to wear your retainers guys ;)
