UNC Pediatric Surgery

So many things could have been done better at our appointment. We filled out the paperwork answering questions about prior surgeries and medical conditions. Every nurse and doctor that walked into the room asked us the exact same questions that were on the paperwork making it obvious that they did not look over the paper or look at his chart before walking in. They asked questions without even looking at my teenage child that could have been simply answered by taking 1 look at him. We had mri scans sent over as well as bringing in a physical copy. They never reviewed any of it. The doctor spent maybe 5 minutes looking at the scans and then told me he didn't see a problem on them only to turn around and see the huge obvious problem when he actually looked at my kid.
