I will preface this review with the fact that I am not a patient at this office. I did, however, accompany my daughter to her appointment, along with her husband and sister. The office is very clean and pleasant looking. It’s got an open floor plan which I like. It doesn’t feel so closed in and allows for those with wheelchairs and walking assistance devices to have easier access. I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Patovono (resident) and Dr. Esther. They were both very personable, explained things thoroughly, answered our many questions and included the whole group in on the conversation. They didn’t just make sure the patient herself was at ease but they did that for all four of us, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately this clinic has been terrible at getting my daughter seen. I have called multiple times in reference to a referral and they “have not received anything” and it’s always one excuse after another. My daughter’s scoliosis is so bad, she has had so much pain and stress on her spine and not a single person can get their crap together to get her continued care. If you have a serious need I highly suggest to go elsewhere as they seem to never find patients and couldn’t care less to get you to the correct place.

Dr Stone has been nothing but Amazing with the help of my child and her condition . His knowledge on the said condition helped our child’s mother and I understand the next plan of action to progress. For now, and the future.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Dr. Siegel was so concerning that I feel compelled to warn others. Her bedside manner is not just poor, it's completely absent. She was cold, dismissive, and treated both me and my loved ones with condescension and arrogance. Throughout our interactions, she demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Her attitude toward patients is unacceptable, and frankly, insulting. I left every appointment feeling worse, emotionally and physically. There were also moments that bordered on medical negligence, with careless communication and a seeming disregard for patient well-being. Worse experience, I came here for the my daughter’s spine check , They did x-ray, later on they said to do CT scan which we did and they hold me for 6weeks to give the results and I have to drive 2hrs for the appointment. When I have scheduled for the Report results they said they are 1 hrs behind and the person from reception said good news coz, doc is 1hrs behind and if I want to reschedule after driving two hrs . So disappointing and I said I will stay.
