UNC Health Urgent Care at Pembroke

If I have to go to urgent Care this is my urgent care of choice the staff is friendly The doctors gave great care took time to understand and made sure I understood before I left with what was going on and how to do treatment, Ariel Locklear FPN was excellent and nice personality I definitely recommend this facility.

I just called to see if I could be seen and I was told as long as I was there before 7:00, I told her that would work because I have to drop kids off at church at 6:30 I was then put on hold and she came back and said only appointment she had was 6:30 . Really just told me be there by before 7:00 BAD BUSINESS, guess I will suffer through the night and go to Pembroke family practice 🤷🏽🤷🏽

EACH AND EVERY TIME ME OR MY FAMILY HAS VISITED HERE HAS BEEN AWESOME. ALL THE DR’S ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING. THEY ALWAYS GET TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR COMPLIMENTS AND TREAT YOU WITH CONCERN AND CARE!!!! ALL OFFICE STAFF AND NURSES ARE AWESOME AS WELL!!!!! WAIT TIME HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN A TIMELY MATTER. WE HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS!!! KEEP UP THE FINE WORK, PEMBROKE URGENT CARE!! 10 of 10 IN MY BOOKS!!!!!!

The Dr there is so mean I don’t care who you is you can’t look at ppls like they junkie and this is actually what s she did this lady did not treat me or nothing they won’t have to worry about me going back for real

The Pembroke location is the best urgent care I have ever been to. When I am in Robeson County and need an urgent care this will be my go to. Morgan was very helpful and pleasant on the phone and in person, which was a huge comfort to me, as I had just been in a terrible car accident. The nurse and FNP, Helena, were attentive to my needs and very thorough. I felt cared for and special…not just another number. The facility was clean and when I was turned away from the Lumberton location, I had no problem getting in at this Pembroke location. It was a pleasant experience and visit under terrible circumstances. I will be driving here from now on when in need of urgent care.
