This place is not fit for a fly! As a matter of fact, the flies make sure to stay away from Genesis, surprising because it smells so bad in there! Therapist are rude and uncaring, nurses are liars and CNA or PCT are lacking! If anyone has any family there you need to find another facility, unless you want them to die of neglect! My boyfriend was there for rehabilitation and to receive IV antibiotics, he went in on the 25th of Nov. and on Dec. 5th he was admitted back to the hospital and had to have knee surgery again on Saturday Dec. 6. For them to operate on a Saturday, you know it was bad. Only because they were not flushing the midline and giving him his IV antibiotics!!!!

Recently acquainted to this community and am enjoying to get to know the variety of residents who are staying here. The team has really pulled together and are growing everyday. So glad to be here

Crashawnda I believe is the director of admissions. She was absolutely wonderful at helping me. I would highly recommend this facility.

Pros: “Shonda” in admissions as well as others there were literally a gift from God. Shonda even gave me her cell phone number and was such a lifeline for my mom and I. The nurse practitioner, social worker, nurse named Mr. Chris, as well as an older cleaning lady and a few CNAs were very sweet and helpful. I truly appreciate them all and everything they did for my mom and I. Cons: Transportation to medical appointments was an issue and when I brought it up with the administrator she said that the facility had the authority to change my mom’s doctor appointments if they couldn’t provide transportation to which I said NO they did not and I started providing transportation for her. Often, especially in the middle of the night, my mom would have to wait 40 minutes to an hour for help using t

The patient service their is awful! This is due to the unskilled, uncaring supervisory staff. The supervisory staff does not communicate with each other! My brother was there for about two weeks. Some days I arrived there to visit him and he and his roommate were soaked in urine!
