When we got there, it wasn’t but maybe 10-15 minutes and we were called back. Did the RSV, Covid and flu test and by the time they were readable, they were back in with results. Thank God all were negative. Staff was very nice and did really well with my grandson, who’s only 22 months old. Overall great visit!

Over a two hours wait for a pre employment drug screening is insane...I called Friday and was told no appointment needed. I recommend you make a appointment. UPDATE , apparently they're short staff today. Brittany was a sweetheart. Very nice & professional..

The ease of scheduling the appt online and being able to see what number you are on the wait list was the best part of the visit. The young man at the front desk was doing dual roles and he seemed genuinely concerned about us. He kept reassuring us and kept us updated with the wait time. Once we got to the back it was a different vibe. The red head female assistant was Not friendly and she seemed like we were bothering her once we asked if we had been forgot about. She quickly came forward with a attitude explaining she was short staffed and that the guy that helped us in the front had called us out of line. We had been waiting on the back at this point for almost 2 hours. I feel like if you don't like your job then you shouldn't choose the health care field to work in.

The staff, nurses, and doctor was exceptional! Highly recommend. The receptionist was very kind and respectful. The doctor answered our questions and was very helpful. I did have a long wait, but that's to be expected in the peak season of flu and other viruses. Thank you Quick Care!!

Was busy due to people making appointments. So it was longer wait times then normal. Waiting less time the an er tho!! Waiting one hour to be brought back to the back. Was seen with in 2 mins of being in room.. and left. Staff are amazing! And very knowledgeable. They made sure I was taken care of and left me go on with my day. The best urgent cares I’ve been to
