Everytime I have been seen at the Rio Rancho office they have been so kind and helpful. I feel as if the providers and medical assistants are truly amazing. They make me feel heard, cared for and above all they treat my baby as one of their own. This office and its staff are a local gem and always there in a pinch. Bri was amazing at helping us get checked in, in a timely manner. Shannon was amazing with getting my baby calmed down and vitals on both of us, Jeriann Peter has been more than helpful in making me feel heard and getting us taken cared of and meds sent in as soon as possible.

Terrible urgent care. We’ve been to this place before and fully aware of what our cost will be. Which is fine when it’s around the corner and we need to get our son seen but the medical assistant “Ellie” if that’s her name was extremely rude. We asked her a question regarding the cost of possibly getting additional tests on our son i.e. flu or Covid, when she offered if we wanted the test, and she completely brushed us off saying that’s through our insurance and moved on. From the moment she walked into the room she wasn’t hospitable at all. When I asked for her name she was already getting defensive and I truly hope management has cameras to view her actions because she decided to act as if my husband and I were attacking her verbally when she like a child calls her management with an ope

The treatment I received was superb at the Sagebrush Facility. They are busy especially with all the kiddo’s being sick now (2/2/26) but from what I noticed this was a great team! The front office ladies and triage nurse were kind and helpful and made sure all were getting the help they needed. Dr JeriAnn’s nurse was outstanding. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. So patient and thorough. Even with me. Lol Dr JeriAnn was excellent and I’m very grateful for the time she took with me.

Wonderful experience here! Mrs. Shannon and the rest of her team were extremely helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour! Wonderful care from Shannon, made sure I had a room as soon as possible and started my treatment right away! Would recommend to anyone needing a quick visit!

Receptions was amazing and vey understanding, I love the willing to help . My family and I waited for a little over 2 hours in the room and part of the forms had field out we specified about an injury in one of my son’s foot. It was brought several times just to have the doctor check to see if we had to go in to ER and nurse said she will bring it up. After waiting few minutes for results the nurse comes in so rush and began the discharge paper work . I mention to her if we could see the doctor again and have her check my son foot since it was part of the visit . She says the doctor didn’t think that was important only the rasperotority infection.
