⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care at the University of Miami Tower! I recently had surgery at the University of Miami Tower, and I can’t say enough about the incredible care I received from start to finish. The surgical team was absolutely exceptional — professional, skilled, and compassionate. The nursing staff, however, truly went above and beyond. They were attentive, patient, and always ready with a smile, even during long shifts. I want to give a special mention to Kadian, who was simply phenomenal. Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism made a huge difference in my recovery experience. She took the time to explain everything, checked on me constantly, and treated me like family. If we could give this hospital 20 stars we would. My wife had reconstructive back surgery performed by Doctor Wang. The care at this hospital is absolutely incredible. On point fantastic care. Attentive, Competent, Caring, service that deserves praise. We came four hours to have Doctor Wang do surgery on my wife. After reading about him and see his credentials. We are happy with the results. It is now up to me the husband to wait on my wife like the Angel 😇 she is and doubt on her through her recovery. The aftwr care for the next three months is crucial. It is so sad that the staff here can't get off there phones long enough to provide patients care. Watching videos when your supposed to be one on one watching a patient and never engaged once for 12 hours is a special skill. 80% of the staff is watching videos or on their phones. You really have nothing else you can do for a patient, that you can be glued to your phones? If your family member suffered a complication after surgery good luck catching it in time to avoid complications, staff has brain rot from their phones and has to get their next fix. Must be nice getting paid to watch your phones while patients suffer the consequences from the lack of attention.

Valet parking It’s horrible. The people that park the cars are very disrespectful and rude not just to transport drivers but also sick individuals that come visit the hospital. Something must be done immediately, no type of professionalism.

Terrible service from Arianna Castro-Chavez. Very unprofessional for someone in her position. After visiting my aunt, when my wife and I tried to go upstairs, the two people at the desk refused to let us through and repeatedly called the front desk to check if anyone was there. My cousin, who had come downstairs, went to use the bathroom, and Arianna ran from her desk to tell the security guard not to let her in. She then began laughing with the other receptionist and speaking negatively about my wife in English. This was a terrible experience in a place where I have otherwise received excellent care. I have been a patient at the University of Miami for three years, and I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated against.
