I had a great experience at this location. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making the visit stress-free from the start. The staff was professional, courteous, and well-organized, ensuring everything went as seamlessly as possible. One small issue was that my appointment was originally scheduled for a time but was moved up an hour with little notice. While it wasn’t a major inconvenience, a bit more advance communication would have been appreciated. That said, the doctor and medical team were outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in their care. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for professional and efficient medical services.

This place is wonderful everyone (staff) since you walk in the door even before the valet everyone is friendly, helpful and profecianal. I see a wonderful pain management, Dr. Shearman and I thank God I have him as a doctor he is profecial ,kind and explains everything to you in a polite and intelligent manner all his staff is so polite and they make you feel good top notch all around.

Dr Raffa is absolutely amazing Dr. She truly cares about you and your health and needs! She will go beyond the duty for you and your health! I appreciate her so much! Also she is very caring and kind! I would highly recommend her to others! 10 stars for her!!!!

This place is atrocious. The wait times are out of control. They overbook by 30 people at least. You sit there all day for an 8am appt. The nurses and bloodwork people are excellent, once you're called to see someone, but I'd avoid this location of U Health at all costs. They think you have the entire day to waste for a one hour appt. Just NOT right. I have brought it to CTU's attention, managers' attention. No changes, no one cares. 8am, 50 people in there, not even enough chairs! People have enough stress with cancer, let alone dealing with this!

Dr. Arjun for ortho is top notch. Great bed side manner. Listens very well. Extremely detailed in explaining things to you. Makes a plan and checks your progress. All UHealth is top notch from orthopedic to PT.
