This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had. My first appointment was supposedly scheduled for 4:40 PM, but when I arrived they told me it was actually at 2:30 PM. No prior notice, no explanation. They then rescheduled me for Monday the 12th at 3:40 PM, saying they would wait until 4:20 PM. I arrived by car at exactly 4:00 PM, and at that moment I was told the appointment had been canceled because they “don’t wait after 4:00 PM”. So according to them: • They said they would wait until 4:20 • I arrived at 4:00 • And still refused to see me On top of that, the doctor refused to attend, and the front desk/customer service was chaotic, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. This place has serious issues with scheduling, communication, and basic respect for patients’ time.

I absolutely do not recommend this center. They are thieves and profiteers. They don't tell you beforehand that you have to pay an exorbitant amount just for stepping foot in the health center. Dr. Bhohorquez treated my son very well—he had an ear blocked with wax—but then we received two bills: one for professional services, which was reasonable, and another for hospital services, which we were not informed about, for $1,567. We were truly scammed. It's a robbery, and they don't even give you the option or ask if you can afford it. Now we're left with a very difficult debt to pay. We will never go back there, and I definitely do not recommend it.

BE AWARE- The billing is scummy as can be. I was charged by both the doctor and facility without being notified at the arrival to the hospital. I was not given anything to read over, I was told sentences and told to sign but was not told things may occur that cost additional without me being notified, so I decided to ask during the appointment because I didn't want any surprise charges. I asked if an endoscopy was a party of my checkup and was told 'yes' by the doctor- who either did not know it wasn't, or willingly allowed me to get a procedure that took approximately 3 minutes and was billed at over $1,000. I have spent hours trying to manage this between billing and insurance. I also was double billed, and while that was corrected, I am still left with this $1,000 bill that comes throug

Worst medical experience I've ever had. I waited in a room for 30 mins then Dr. Surnna and her assistants came in. Then 5 min of me talking to brief them on my symptoms. Then Dr. Surnna did a quick check and endoscopy for 5 mins (without my consent, just "let's check this" then drops are in my nostrils). Then 5 mins for them to finish typing notes. The procedure was very uncomfortable and left me in pain for 4 hours after. A few weeks later, I was billed for a 90-min doctors visit, a 30-min hospital visit, and multiple charges for the procedure (in total came around $2000). I tried disputing but they kept saying that my insurance needs me to pay deductibles. I stressed it has nothing to do with my insurance. Condensending, egotistical, dismissive surgeons. The medical gaslight in this facility is REAL. They dismissed significant findings from previous doctors. Do not care to provide solutions and they minimize everything about a patients symptoms. They don't take ACCURATE notes and their radiology department is a JOKE. very RUSHED not detailed reports.i am already speaking to CHRIS MACHADO it's been about to be a whole week and no reply back regarding my open case with them.
