UHealth Jackson Urgent Care | Country Walk

I went to this urgent care a few weeks back to deal with a serious sinus injection and I received great care. Dr. Kraeva and the medical assistant were attentive and answered all my questions. The wait wasn't the worst but I was waiting for over 40 minutes alongside a few others.

Nurse Farrah, Dr. Ambert Louis, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely caring, supportive attitude are truly unparalleled. I received the best care I’ve ever experienced — thank you all for everything you do!

My God, if only I could give a 0, this was the worst experience I've ever had in an urgent care room. The receptionist or nurse, Farrar, was incredibly rude. When I arrived, she said, "What do you want?" I replied that I was there for the urgent care room, and she sarcastically and loudly pointed to the urgent care room sign, saying, "We already know this is an urgent care room, what do you want?" I felt like telling her I wanted popcorn. That woman, with her earpiece in, never stopped talking on the phone. Such a lack of professionalism, the rudest I've ever seen, it's like she completely missed out on any kind of education and provided terrible customer service. Went early at 10am, Limited wait time , there was only patient ahead of me. Physician Ambert Luis MD emergency medicine, was thorough, explained well, examined me properly ears nose throat, heart and lungs (more than my PCP does anymore for an annual) for my flu like symptoms. Clean. I wore a mask and he did also along with the medical assistant. I would return. No complaints. Thank you

Today was my first time experiencing this urgent care the staff was helpful, attentive and super sweet. The waiting room wasn’t packed at all. It was very clean. It was super easy to get signed in once I was looked at, my medicine was already sent out to be filled. I will be telling others to come to this location for the hospitality and service. Thank you guys for making this day a little easier for me.
