Worst place to book an appointment. I called two weeks in advance to book an appointment for my son who Dr. Pereira advised that wanted to see him in two weeks. I called and I got an appointment for 11:30 am, a day before appointment date I got a call from Bella to let me know that they changed my appointment time without prior notice. Then I got another call confirming my appointment at 9:30 because they said that they “open” an slot at that time, I called to verify appointment time and Bella was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Scheduling department make decisions for you and play with people’s health and concerns. Please do better.
