I always come here because the doctors and nurses are very professional. Today my stars go to the security guard Mr. Carlos Zaldivar. When I arrived at the center there was no parking space. I had spinal surgery two years ago and the closest parking garage is three or four blocks away. Mr. Zaldivar was able to help me find a parking space for me. He made my day My opinion: the center should plan the patients appointments so everyone may have a parking space or the center / hospital provide some parking spaces for patients in the parking garage that is closer to the center.

I’ve been coming here since I was diagnosed a diabetic back in 1995. I was 4 and I’m now 33. To make this simple, this place is a joke. It’s no wonder great doctors leave here. I waiting 3 months for the so called doctors to fill my prescription for my pump supplies. At one point, they told me they couldn’t fill my prescription because I hadn’t seen a doctor in months, mind you, you never see a doctor. Only assistants. So I said I can show up that day because I really needed my insulin…. It’s how we survive… so they sent me to see the doctor at a cancer and orthopedic facility…. They couldn’t read my pump because they had no machines for diabetes. Complete and utter waste of time. To make matters worse, I was still waiting for my pump supplies then. They weren’t able to send any documents

This place is trash. Leading doctors for diabetes yeah right. Who lied to them. I've been coming here and I stopped seeing the endocrinologist because he wasn't doing anything. I started seeing a physician assistant as well and nothing. They told me they would set me up with a dietician and never even seen one. I was told they would prescribe me better insulin and nothing. Might as well let me die if that's the case. They just care about the money and not the patient. I'm struggling so much with my diabetes that mostly everything I know is because I've researched it on my own. These doctors haven't told me nothing that I went to. I have an appointment coming to put a pump on but I can't afford the continuous glucose monitors as my insurance copay is high and they don't want to put the pump

I have been visiting this place for my diabetes since i was about 13. i am 30 now. i don't even get to see an actual endocrinologist. i only see a physician assistant and am charged for a specialist. My last visit i paid my copay and was sent a bill for a service that was never performed. i have been calling and sending messages for two months now and no one can help me. i am just pointed to different people who tell me its in review. i am going to pay the bill but unhealth has fallen so far from the quality service they used to provide. i will not be returning. they have lost my business.
