UH Emergency Department

****Highly recommend going to an urgent care if you can't tolerate wait times**** You can very clearly see the emergency department staff are trying their best in a very crowded and busy ER. Everyone is so nasty for not being seen straight away when you can see the entire waiting room is full. You aren't the only person here! I was seen, heard, and attended to for my medical needs.

Me and fiance has been waiting up at University Hospital for 4 hours.And me and my man haven't been seen yet.My fiance has colitis and multiple scoliosis. No concern at all for their patients

Plus side it’s fast compared to others. Con side is they are very belittling and don’t take patients’ concerns to heart. Edit: went back a week later and I take back what I said about it being fast.

The emergency department was efficient and attentive to my child's needs. The staff was polite.

Worst hospital I've ever seen. Dirty waited over 2 hrs not even seen at emergency with sick patient, better chance at surviving going to the apl
