We love taking our children here! The staff is welcoming, nice, helpful, and understanding. Dr. McGowan has been our doctor for 3 years and she is the best pediatrician we have ever experienced! Our children love her and we appreciate all she does. McGowan always makes a way for our concerns to be heard and to meet all our childrens needs. She makes us feel safe, comfortable, and happy every time we are there. We are moving to Arizona soon and are considering still coming to this office for our pediatrician appointments because we are such fans. Couldn't recommend UCR Health more! We even refer friends and family with little ones to come here ❤️

We absolutely love Dr. McGowan. She doesn’t wait around to figure things out, she is one step ahead. It is so refreshing to walk into a doctor’s appointment and not have to explain what is going on. Not only was she aware, but also took the time to communicate with other doctors. Insuring she was thoroughly informed and prepared for our appointment. I always leave her office impressed!

Excellent doctors and customer service! My wife and I are so glad we found this office. The doctors are fantastic and take the time to hear any concerns we may have. We love it here and we would recommend them to anyone.

The doctors and staff here are great. The one and only complaint is that the wait times are ridiculously long. Don’t waste your time getting there early, you’ll just wait well past your appointment time before you’re brought back to see a doctor. People that come in well after you will see a doctor before you. After a brief check-in from a nurse, you can expect to wait an additional hour (+) before the doctor sees you. We’ve tried many different times of day and the result is always the same. It seems that no one on-site is tracking these metrics and working toward solutions. Having to wait in a small room (often very warm) with a baby/toddler for any length of time is challenging. Prepare yourself…bring snacks, water, toys, etc. It’s unfortunate because we love the doctors for our kids

The pediatric office I go to is absolutely the best! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, making every visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Moreno is wonderful very informative, patient, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed, and I leave every appointment feeling confident and reassured. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for excellent care for their children!
