Dr is amazing! We always have received the care we need. He is very caring and knows how to work with children. One of my daughters is on the spectrum and I will always prefer bringing her here over her own pediatrician. I would use to take them to VIP URGENT CARE but we were dismissed many times with“viral” infections and he what’s always treated correctly. My 8 years old daughter was severely sick took her to JFK/ VIP urgent care and Palm Desert Urgent CARE they said viral something in the air! WRONG! she had a severe strep infection that turned into scarlet fever! He looked at her and immediately treated her in the office we unfortunately had to use aggressive antibiotics but in literally two days she was unrecognizable after being treated by him. I had a billing issue that was resolved quickly, I appreciate the services provided here by their nurses and doctor. If your child isn’t feeling well this is the best place to go especially since it’s after hours. The doctor has always been friendly and seeks the best treatment for his patients well being. I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you for helping me with my billing issue and for helping my kids feel better! 😁

I absolutely love this practice. My son has asthma, and in the past, when I’ve taken him elsewhere, his symptoms were often dismissed, and we were sent home without real help. This doctor knows exactly what my son needs to breathe and start feeling better. He always recognizes us, is so gentle and thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Most importantly, he makes us feel comfortable and truly heard. The team in the office is also wonderful—always gentle, friendly, and welcoming. I’m so grateful for the care and attention we receive every visit. Thank you!

We had such a great experience at the Children’s Urgent Care! The office was clean, bright, and so kid-friendly — it immediately put my daughter at ease. The waiting time was short, and the staff was welcoming, kind, and patient as it was our first visit and we did not have an appointment. The doctor was wonderful with children, really taking the time to connect and explain things in a way that made my little ones feel comfortable. The office itself is adorable and thoughtfully designed for kids, and having Bluey cartoons playing in the waiting area was a brilliant touch — it kept my kids calm and distracted. It makes such a difference to have an urgent care focused just on children. We are so grateful this resource is available in our community!

Hi, I went in to the new children’s urgent care at literally 8:54p & they close at 9p Monday-Friday I believe & they still took me in. My children & I were the only ones there so the intake was very fast. I did not have much interaction with them whatsoever since we were literally there for like 15 minutes or so. I only answered questions they asked but they mainly asked my 9 y old how she felt since she could communicate effectively & I only answered other questions but was there in the room with her of course. The staff were fast, friendly, and patient which was great. I was in & out extremely fast which was also beneficial. I was the only one there with my children which is another plus but that might have been because it was too late. Another plus was that they was me literally minute
