Mountainside Dental Group - La Quinta

Mountainside DD is up to date with customers, reminders and info. The location is convenient but in very high traffic area. I am requesting that my next visit in August for cleaning be with the same woman as I had recently Bonnis (?). She was knowledgable and did a very good job. Points for good service, and enough staff to take people on time getting in and out. Karen Sisler

I lost a filling and my regular dentist could not see me for a week. I called Mountainside Dental Group and got an appointment the next day, the dentist fixed my tooth, all good. The staff were kind and very helpful. Super service, thank you so much Mountainside Dental Group.

I have had some very disappointing experiences with dental offices as of late and I am SO happy to report that this was a WONDERFUL experience. This office is extremely efficient. They were able to get me in quickly for an issue I was having with some pain and sensitivity when my usual dentist couldn't get me in for a few weeks. The places that were recommended that I call or "try" to get an appointment with I would call and their dentist was out for the week, etc. etc. You get the idea. I called here and they were able to fit me in to look at the problem and get me started on a treatment plan. Again, paperwork was sent right after the call and they were right on time when I arrived for my appointment. Everyone is delightful. Sarah was helpful and patient and Dr. Castillo answered

First I have to say, I appreciate the cleanliness and professional look and feel of this place. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate me o my schedule when it comes to rescheduling and fitting me in last minute. Hygienist was friendly kind and gentle yet sii a through cleaning of me teeth. I highly recommend this Dentist office.

My first visit here was last week. From the X-ray tech to the hygienist and all the way up to the Dentist himself, I absolutely had a great experience. No attempt at overselling, or “recommendations” to have extra work done. Everything was above board! Front office staff was very friendly and my wait time was extremely short. I absolutely will be back.
