UCHealth Pharmacy - Greeley Hospital

Everyone is very friendly but the pharmacy people could use some inspiration. Still my go to, mostly because of their hours, though a drive thru pharmacy would be so great.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to help if there is a concern or a question.

With the exception of one gentleman tech, the staff is rude. I really dread picking up my meds here due to the rudeness of the staff and feeling profiled and judged for my medications. There’s a couple of techs that say the meds you’re picking up sort of loudly. Why the need to announce what I’m picking up? What if I was followed to my car because they’ve just announced to the world what I’m picking up? I think the staff could use a class in discretion and chronic disease that requires pain management. Not everyone is a seeker. Stop treating people like they are.

Greeley pharmacy does an excellent job. The app works great. Let you know when the prescription is done. Pick up or mail.
