Both Jacki and Chris and warm and welcoming while being very professional. Jacki conducted a thorough hearing test and then did a complete review of hearing aids and costs. Chris did the fitting and explaining of all of the technical bits. I am very happy with having chosen Colorado Ear Care in Greeley.

Found them on Google looking for a problem with Tinnitus, chose them because of their reviews. Set the appointment and showed up a few days later. Met with Chris first to go over what was going to happen at the appointment, was introduced to Jacki and was tested. Turns out I do have a problem (wear your ear protection kids). Long story short, you can tell they do understand and appreciate your concerns.

Im a customer service oriented person because I worked quite a bit of my life in customer service. I was impressed with Jacki from the start. She was very personable and did everything she could do to help me get thru the entire first visit process. I ended up because of her great service buying hearing aids from her and so far I am glad I did. Currently I have Costco hearing aids that are 3 years old and have been giving me trouble. I wish now I would have gone to see Jacki from the beginning. I can already tell I am going to be well taken care of. Thanks Jacki for taking good care of me.

I see Dr. Jackie at the Greeley office. I walked in on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Monday to get my earing aids serviced. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. I have Dr. Jackie for several years now. She is thorough in her assessments and care. Overall the clinic is well positioned and protects patient privacy. I recommend Colorado Ear Care for your hearing aid needs.

Dr. Jackie is thorough and great to work with! She does a great job of presenting the product, making sure she answers questions. She respects the fact that I’m shopping, and there is no high pressure from her. So far I love the hearing aids!
