UC Davis Medical Group Rancho Cordova

I strongly urge anyone reading this to find another provider. This practice is dysfunctional at best and predatory at worst. Appointments are nothing more than a cash grab. You’re pushed into an in-office visit, rushed through it, barely spoken to for five minutes, given no real guidance or care, and then charged $200 for an “hour” appointment that never actually happens. My assigned doctor disappeared without explanation. Completely MIA. Instead of continuity of care, I was told I now have to come in as a new patient, pay again, and wait three months to see a replacement. After being a patient here for years. That is unacceptable. Dr. Minhas was amazing ! She was so attentive and had great bedside manner. I have requested her multiple times , but she is only temporary currently . Hoping my location at data drive makes her permanent .

New to the UC Davis Health system and I have had two appointments so far, one with PA Humbert, and Dr. Wright. Both were very thorough in resolving issues and addressing concerns for my medical needs. Front desk is prompt and professional. Phlebotomists are top notch and were able to draw blood with no issues. I also had to get an X-ray with the radiologist tech and he was fantastic as well! I am a nurse and I am very critical about my care. All of the staff are knowledgeable, thorough, and great at what they do. Wait times may be longer to see your PCP and booked 3 months out, but many other healthcare systems are experiencing the same problems at this time. I am very satisfied with the care, and the regular follow ups through the UCD portal as well. Easy to do medication requests onlin

Staff have always been helpful. A few years ago, getting messages to the right people was sometimes a challenge. That has changed for the better considerably. And while a couple of older reviews indicated the writers were unhappy with the reception staff and those who answer the phones, that has never been my experience. I am quite happy here when I need medical help.
