UBMC Clinic Urgent Care (Vernal)

Lab is awful. After a great experience with NP S. Killian in Urgent Care. The receptionist and radiology were very friendly and tried to get things done. When we went to have a blood panel done and were completely ignored. No recognition, no eye contact, no we will be right with you, nothing until we walked out and went to Roosevelt.

The front desk was quick and helpful. This is a nice facility. Unfortunately they will not take health sharing as payment. It was a short wait to get to the exam room then nearly an hour before the doctor came in. That is frustrating.

They got me back to a room fairly quickly. However, once I was back into an exam room, it took over an hour for the doctor to see me. Once the doctor came in to see me, he spent a grand total of 5 minutes with me before sending me home. There is nothing “urgent” about their urgent care. I am giving them 3 stars only because the reception desk was really nice and helpful. The doctor seemed nice, but like I said, I didn’t spend any time with him to actually know for sure. They need to hire more doctors or something to get people seen faster. Waiting over an hour just to get a strep test is ridiculous.

My wife went in and was seen shortly after arriving. She was diagnosed and left after being told she could pickup a script for her illness. It took awhile but she was able to pickup her medicine and is feeling better. Thank you Basin Clinic Urgent Care. You guys rock !

My family needed urgent care at the start of a vacation. Not ideal circumstances, but I was so impressed with Uintah Basin Urgent Care clinic that I'm writing a review (which I don't do). They were friendly, caring, thoughtful of our needs and got us comfortable & healthy, enabling us to continue enjoying our trip through Dinosaur NM and the great state of Utah. They even called to follow up. So grateful for PA-C Anderson & staff!
