Timothy Hawkes DO, FAAOS

I was recently seen by Dr. Hawkes at Ashley Regional Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. I was referred there by the ER doctors. When I got to my appointment with Dr. Hawkes, I was told that he had an emergency and would be late for my appointment. Turns out he was at his daughters softball game. Which I fully understand, but think that he should not have made appointments at the same time. Due to being late Dr. Hawkes had multiple patients waiting and rushed through my appointment. He was reading my MRI that day. He told that I had a huge subchondral cyst that had caused a break in my hip and that I would soon need a hip replacement and that I needed to go on crutches for 4 weeks. He also said that I had a herniated disc, but he isn't a back guy so he would refer me to someone els

How much longer does it take to be able to find out when I get the MRI scheduled for in Salt lake? What can I do for knee pain ? Last Tuesday my right knee gave out!

My name is Wanda I found Dr. Hawks and I flew down to Utah to meet him after six doctors failed me in Arizona. I learned more with Dr. Hawks in the first hour than I did from all six doctors I seen in Arizona. Dr. Hawks is phenomenal and my hero. He has great bed side manner. He is down to earth a real person. He definitely cares about his patients and I would highly recommend him to everyone. His staff is also incredible and everyone is so helpful. He definitely changed my life and gave me hope for the future. The receptionist Kim is a god send and is the most beautiful soul. Thank you to all of you.

I am Sue Cook using a friends device but wanted to post my opinion. I was very pleased with my visit with Doc Hawks. I feel he is very concerned and caring for his patients. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. He is a very sincere person. I would definitely recommend him!!
