Jake and crew were all so helpful at this rather difficult time, the passing of my mother. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kind, responsive, helpful and caring, they made the whole experience so much less stressful. The application of my mom’s makeup was perfect, so natural, she was beautiful. The communication was great. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for our family.

They have gone above and beyond multiple times for me and my family. When my mother passed I was just 21 years old and knew nothing, and a family friend called Ashley Valley Funeral for help. They picked her up from the hospital, and arranged transport. Even though we were burying her in a different town with a different Funeral Home. I never saw a bill, and they sent me a condolence card after. When our beloved family dog passed away, they were so considerate and compassionate, and treated me as if I'd lost a human family member. Now we're losing another beloved dog, and they're offering to stay late so we can drop him off for cremation. Which has made a very difficult thing a little easier for us. Jake and his staff have helped me twice. Once when my father died and then again when my mother passed. We had such a great experience with Jake and his staff that my mom had already said don’t go anywhere else but Ashley Valley when we found out her cancer had returned. Jake and staff make such a hard time in your life so much easier. They truly care and are compassionate towards every need I had. They take great care of your loved ones and make sure everything is perfect. I can’t say enough great things about Ashley Valley Funeral Home. They also still check in on me regularly and we did not know each other prior. They truly are the best in the basin and beyond!

Ashley Valley Funeral Home is one of the BEST atmospheres I have been in for funeral services. Their dedication to compassion and heartfelt assistance with the loss of my loved ones were immeasurable and outstanding. We lost my father in 2012, his funeral was completely audio recorded, even at the gravesite. Everything was planned perfectly, and they gracefully assisted in all of the management and ins and outs of choosing the casket and planning of the funeral and the burial.
