U Save Pharmacy - Gretna

A great pharmacy! Staff are professional and kind to me during every visit. The staff bubble packs my meds every month. This process is very helpful to me. I appreciate the entire staff and service which Gretna U Save Pharmacy provides

Great service here always! Yes, sometimes I have had to wait a little wile to pick up prescriptions I thought would be ready. But never anything crazy. I have never had any issues here and they have gone above and beyond with customer service to help me get a prescription transferred to another pharmacy when I was out of town and needed a medication urgently. I have had bad experiences with poor service at other pharmacies but never here.

Absolutely no sense of urgency. My prescription was sent my my doctor and it wasn't ready after 2 and a half hours. To make matters worse, I paid full price ($70) for a prescription that should have been free with my insurance. But since they weren't going to make any money, they decided to charge me full price. This is madness and they deserve to go out of business. Then, I waited for 30 minutes to get the prescription, because they do not care about their customers. Go anywhere else, they will treat you better.

Went to go pick up my prescriptions that I need only to find out that my insurance doesn’t pay them enough for it. So they tell me to find another pharmacy to fill my prescriptions through. Very unprofessional company, never got a call to verify or update insurance info never got a call to tell me what’s going on. I will NOT be using USave again, ridiculous. We live in the 21st century, couldn’t even freaking call to save me a trip.

FYI...Someone is stealing pills here, so I would re-think using this place! At first when I called about it they admitted they shorted me a lot by only giving me 10 of the 60 I was supposed to get, but didnt bother to tell me about it. Then they did it again and gave me 30 of the 60 but the pill bottle again said 60 but when I called again about it they said they gave me 50, (I can count, but obviously they can not!!) 30+10 does not = 60! They have lied to my doctors office and to my insurance company! I don't ever make comments on places especially bad ones but I felt I did this time because people need to be warned about theiving, lying, walking maggots when it comes to their health.
