U Save It Pharmacy - South Albany

U Save It (Newton Road) needs a new staff pharmacists & cashiers. They don’t know what they be doing. Definitely need a class for customer service skills. Bring back the old staff they were the best Amber, Ashley & Lisa.

I am deeply disappointed with the treatment my husband received at U Save It Pharmacy (Newton Road). As a disabled veteran, he normally receives his medication from the VA, but he was referred to Phoebe Pain Management Clinic this clinic prescribed Tylenol 3 for his neuropathy and Scatic Pain. Despite his preference for supporting local businesses, when he went to fill the prescription at this pharmacy, he was interrogated about why he hadn't used their services in the last two years and whether he would continue to do so in the future. He explained that he only uses a pharmacy when he is sent within the community, as the VA sends his regular medications through the mail. The way he was treated made him feel like he was being accused of seeking drugs, which is unacceptable. Our community s
